Sandy Godsey is an executive patent counsel and leader with more than 20 years of experience in public companies, law firms and start-up companies in the wireless, mobile, semiconductor, microprocessor, networking, and Internet, ecommerce and other industries, including financial technology and payments.  She has a demonstrated track record of building and managing patent portfolios through strategic development of internal innovations, acquisitions of third party acquisitions, and in-bound licensing.  Sandy is an experienced and skilled manager, accomplished in developing talent, team building, and counseling with strong negotiation skills and analytical capabilities in landscaping and analysis.

Sandy holds a master of Science from Drexel University in electrical and computer engineering and a doctor of law (JD) from the University of Texas, Austin.
